Being a Danamon Bankers Trainee (DBT) is a rewarding experience which has create me to become a better person inside and out by knowing my strengths, weaknesses and areas that I need to improve on. DBT programme provides opportunity to access boundless learning about banking through in class training, hello danamon tour, branch tour, on the job training and project assignment. DBT programme also provided with direct access to dedicated senior business leader whose advice is essential in guiding career and shaping goals through Mentor and Buddy system. The Mentor follows progress and provide continuous feedback and coaching, while Buddy support and share their knowledge and career experience in banking business. I feel that DBT is a complete package program that equip me with skills and knowledge in banking. This is the right program for all of you who have agility and high passion of growth to become future banker.
