The SwissLegal Group was formed in 2004 as an association of independent law firms. At present there are firms in Basel, Bern, Chur, Olten, St. Gallen, Zug and Zürich. Further places are being prepared, also in the french and italian parts of Switzerland.

Fondé en 2004, le groupe SwissLegal est né de la fusion de plusieurs cabinets d’avocats indépendants. À present, il comprend des cabinets à Bâle, Berne, Coire, Olten, Saint-Gall, Zoug et Zurich. Des implantations supplémentaires sont en préparation, notamment en Suisse Romande et au Tessin.

Die SwissLegal-Gruppe ist ein dezentraler Zusammenschluss von unabhängigen Anwaltsfirmen mit wirtschaftsrechtlicher Ausrichtung. Mit den zurzeit angeschlossenen, rechtlich unabhängigen Anwaltskanzleien hat sie derzeit Standorte in Aarau, Basel, Bern, Chur, Olten, St. Gallen, Zug und Zürich. Weitere Standorte sind in Vorbereitung, unter anderem in der Romandie und im Tessin.

Il Gruppo SwissLegal è nato nel 2004 dall’unione di studi legali indipendenti. Attualmente è presente sul territorio con uffici a Basilea, Berna, Coira, Olten, San Gallo, Zugo e Zurigo. Sono previste altre location, fra cui anche nella Svizzera romanda e nel Ticino.
