“Geseënd is die God...die Vader van ontferminge en die God van alle vertroosting, wat ons troos in al ons verdrukking, sodat ons die wat in allerhande verdukking is, kan troos deur die vertroosting waarmee ons self deur God getroos word. Want soos die lyde van Christus oorvloedig is in ons, so is ons troos ook oorvloedig deur Christus. Maar of ons verdruk word, dit is julle tot troos en redding; en dit laat sy werking blyk deurdat julle dieselfde lyding verduur wat ons ook ondergaan; en of ons getroos word, dit is tot julle troos en redding” (2 Korinthiërs 1:3-6).

For as the sufferings of Christ abound in us, so our consolation also aboundeth by Christ. And whether we be afflicted, it is for your consolation and salvation, which is effectual in the enduring of the same sufferings which we also suffer: or whether we be comforted, it is for your consolation and salvation" (2 Corinthians 1:3-6).

„Gepriesen sei ... Gott ... der Vater der Erbarmungen und Gott allen Trostes, der uns tröstet in all unserer Bedrängnis, damit wir die trösten können, die in allerlei Bedrängnis sind, durch den Trost, mit dem wir selbst von Gott getröstet werden. Denn wie die Leiden des Christus überreich auf uns kommen, so ist auch durch den Christus unser Trost überreich. Sei es aber, dass wir bedrängt werden, so ist es zu eurem Trost und Heil; sei es, dass wir getröstet werden, so ist es zu eurem Trost, der wirksam wird im Ertragen derselben Leiden, die auch wir leiden“ (2. Korinther 1,3-6).

“Bendito sea el Dios…Padre de misericordias y Dios de toda consolación, el cual nos consuela en todas nuestras tribulaciones, para que podamos también nosotros consolar a los que están en cualquier tribulación por medio de la consolación con que nosotros somos consolados por Dios. Porque de la manera que abundan en nosotros las aflicciones de Cristo, así abunda también por el mismo Cristo nuestra consolación. Pero si somos atribulados, es para vuestra consolación y salvación; o si somos consolados, es para vuestra consolación y salvación, la cual se opera en el sufrir las mismas aflicciones que nosotros también padecemos.” (2 Cor. 1:3-6).

Perciò se siamo afflitti, è per la vostra consolazione e salvezza; se siamo consolati, è per la vostra consolazione, la quale opera efficacemente nel farvi capaci di sopportare le stesse sofferenze che anche noi sopportiamo. La nostra speranza nei vostri riguardi è salda, sapendo che, come siete partecipi delle sofferenze, siete anche partecipi della consolazione" (2 Corinzi 1:3-7).

‘Geloofd zij de God en Vader van onze Here Jezus Christus, de Vader der barmhartigheden en de God aller vertroosting, die ons troost in al onze druk, zodat wij hen, die in allerlei druk zijn, troosten kunnen met de troost, waarmede wijzelf door God vertroost worden. Want gelijk het lijden van Christus overvloedig over ons komt, zo valt ons door Christus ook overvloedig vertroosting ten deel. Worden wij verdrukt, het is u tot troost en heil; worden wij getroost, het is u tot een troost, die zijn kracht toont in het doorstaan van hetzelfde lijden, dat ook wij ondergaan.’(2 Kor. 1:3-6).

"Lovet være Gud ... barmhjertighetens Far og all trøsts Gud, han som trøster oss i all vår trengsel, for at vi skal kunne trøste dem som er i all slags trengsel, med den trøst vi selv blir trøstet med av Gud. For likesom Kristi lidelser kommer over oss i rikt mål, så er også vår trøst rikelig ved Kristus. Lider vi trengsel, tjener det til trøst og frelse for dere. Blir vi trøstet, tjener det også til trøst for dere, en trøst som viser sin kraft i utholdenhet under de samme lidelser som også vi lider." (2.Kor. 1:3-6).
