Quando il cous-cous sarà raddoppiato di volume, sgranatelo con uno forchetta e un po' d'olio, aggiungete le verdure, la menta fresca, i ceci precedentemente lessati, l'uvetta e il Dolce Tomasoni alla rucola tagliato a cubetti. Mescolate bene, condite con olio extravergine e sale e servite.

Prepare the couscous putting it in a bowl with 100 ml of boiling salted water. Cover it and wait until it has absorbed all the water. Peal vegetables and chop them into small pieces. When the couscous has doubled in volume, mix it using a fork and adding some olive oil, in order to break up any lumps. Add vegetables, a few leaves of mint, boiled chickpeas, raisins, and Dolce Tomasoni alla rucola cut into cubes. Mix everything together and season with extra virgin olive oil and salt.
