If the BOARD has any objection to the form of the IPS invoice or the substantiating documentation, the BOARD shall notify the INTERPRETATION SERVICE CONTRACTOR of the nature of its objection within 15 days of its receipt by Financial Services of the BOARD. "Form of the invoice" means an invoice which contains or is accompanied by substantiating documentation as the BOARD may require. Failure by the BOARD to act within 15 days of receipt will result in the date specified pursuant to PODD referred to in subsection 2.3 below, applying for the sole purpose of calculating interest on overdue accounts.

L'examen écrit servira à évaluer quatre compétences : raisonnement conceptuel, jugement/réflexion analytique, prise de décisions et communication écrite.

The GICSS will arrange for the written test to be administered to candidates screened in by the SAB. The timing and frequency of the administration of the written test will support an appropriate resourcing level of the IRB, regional needs as well as an ongoing pool of qualified candidates. The written test will evaluate four competencies: conceptual thinking, judgement/analytical thinking, decision making and written communication. GICSS will screen written test results based on a validated pass/fail mark. GICSS will then advise candidates in writing whether or not they have been successful in the written test screening.
