Das öffentliche Dokumentenregister des Rates, das seit dem 1. Januar 1999 geführt wird, enthält Hinweise auf die Dokumente des Rates, die mithilfe eines automatischen Archivierungssystems in das Register aufgenommen werden.

The public register of Council documents, which has been operational since 1 January 1999, contains references to the Council documents entered in it via an automatic archiving system. Accordingly, all non-sensitive documents submitted to the Council or to one of its preparatory bodies which are to serve as a basis for deliberations, could influence the decision-making process or reflect the progress made on a given subject are automatically listed in the register.

Le registre public des documents du Conseil, qui est en service depuis le 1er janvier 1999, contient des références aux documents du Conseil qui y sont inscrits par le biais d'un système d'archivage automatique. Ainsi, tout document non sensible soumis au Conseil ou à l'une de ses instances préparatoires et devant servir de base aux délibérations, pouvant avoir une influence sur le processus décisionnel ou reflétant les progrès accomplis sur une question, est automatiquement mentionné dans le registre.

Il registro pubblico dei documenti del Consiglio, operativo dal 1º gennaio 1999, contiene i riferimenti a tutti i documenti del Consiglio che vi sono inseriti attraverso un sistema di archiviazione automatica. Inoltre, nel registro è indicato ogni documento non sensibile presentato al Consiglio o a uno degli organi preparatori che deve servire da base per le deliberazioni, che ha rilevanza ai fini del processo decisionale o che rispecchia l'andamento dei lavori di un fascicolo.
