Sur l’île portugaise de Madère, à l’école secondaire Jaime Moniz, une centaine d’étudiants souffrant de difficultés d’apprentissage bénéficient de cours d’éducation et de formation (CEF) soutenus par le FSE pour les aider à trouver leur vocation. Le programme Rumos implique des conférences, des expositions et des activités extrascolaires lors d’une semaine consacrée à ce segment pédagogique. L’objectif des cours CEF est de motiver les étudiants de 15 à 24 ans et d’explorer leurs aspirations professionnelles. Le programme, qui en est déjà à sa troisième année, propose dix cours destinés notamment aux secrétaires et assistants administratifs, aux comptables, aux techniciens informatiques et aux opérateurs multimédias.

In der Sekundarschule „Jaime Moniz“ auf der portugiesischen Insel Madeira erhalten rund 100 Schüler mit Lernschwierigkeiten Hilfe bei der Berufswahl durch ESF-geförderte Kurse für allgemeine und berufliche Bildung. Zu dem Programm „Rumos“ zählen Konferenzen, Ausstellungen und lehrplanunabhängige Aktivitäten in einer diesem Bildungsbereich gewidmeten Woche. Ziel der Bildungskurse ist, mehr über die Berufserwartungen der 15- bis 24-jährigen Teilnehmer zu erfahren und sie zu motivieren. Das mittlerweile drei Jahre bestehende Programm bietet unter anderem Kurse zur Ausbildung als Verwaltungsassistent/in und -sekretär/in, Buchhalter/in, Computertechniker/in und Multimedia-Assistent/in.
