Chers amis aquariophiles, UN manuel Aquarium au lieu d'une foule de petits cahiers : tel était le but, entre autres pour des raisons de développement durable. Chez moi, j'ai converti mon propre aquarium aux nouvelles lampes LED de JBL et j'en suis enchanté !

Dear Aquarium Enthusiasts, ONE aquarium manual instead of many small booklets – that was our target, among others for reasons of sustainability. I have changed over to the new JBL LED lights in my own aquarium at home and I am absolutely thrilled with them! Our research department has achieved the development of a full spectrum LED technology which works perfectly for aquarium plants. After all not every LED is suitable to meet our very special aquatic demands. Scientists have developed the PAR value as a unit of measurement, which shows how much LED light is being created and made available to the plants. Liebe Aquarienfreunde, EIN Aquarium-Handbuch statt vieler kleiner Heftchen – das war das Ziel unter anderem aus Nachhaltigkeitsgründen. Mein eigenes Aquarium zu Hause habe ich auf die neuen JBL LED Lampen umgestellt und bin vollkommen begeistert! Endlich ist der Zeitpunkt gekommen, wo unsere Forschungsabteilung eine Vollspektrum-LED-Technologie entwickeln konnte, die perfekt für Aquarienpflanzen funktioniert. Denn nicht jede LED ist auch für unsere doch sehr speziellen Ansprüche in der Aquaristik geeignet: Als Messgröße haben wir in der Wissenschaft den PAR-Wert gefunden, der Ihnen zeigt, inwieweit die LED Licht erzeugt, welches pflanzenverfügbar ist. Cari amici degli acquari, per ragioni ecologiche, il nostro obiettivo è offrire UN singolo manuale per acquari al posto di tanti opuscoletti. Ho inoltre adattato il mio personale acquario di casa con le nuove lampade LED JBL e ne sono completamente entusiasta! Ora il nostro reparto di ricerca e sviluppo ha sviluppato una tecnologia LED a spettro totale che funziona perfettamente per le piante dell’acquario. Non tutte le lampade LED difatti riescono a soddisfare le particolari esigenze di noi acquariofili. Come misura di riferimento abbiamo trovato il valore PAR che indica quanto una LED crea luce “visibile” alle piante. Così riconoscerete subito se una LED promuove anche la crescita delle piante. Beste aquariumvrienden, ÉÉN aquariumhandboek in plaats van veel kleine boekjes – dat was het doel, o.a. om duurzaamheidsredenen. Mijn eigen aquarium thuis heb ik voorzien van de nieuwe JBL LED lampen en ik ben helemaal enthousiast! Eindelijk is het tijdpunt gekomen waarop onze onderzoeksafdeling een volspectrum ledtechnologie kon ontwikkelen die perfect functioneert voor aquariumplanten. Want niet elke led is geschikt voor de toch heel speciale eisen van de aquaristiek: als maat hebben wij in de wetenschap de PAR waarde gevonden die aantoont in hoeverre led licht produceert die beschikbaar is voor planten.
