There is no standard rule. Each type of hair has its washing needs and you must know it to act in one way or another. The hair of a teenage girl is not the same as that of an older person, or someone who practices sports daily compared to another that has a more sedentary life. Study for a few weeks the behaviour of your hair applying different washing routines, first start doing it daily and then every 2 or 3 days. You will see how much you need to wash it yourself. Usually, when you use the Freshly sulphate-free shampoo, you can allow a longer time between washes because it doesn’t leave any residue of sulphates or silicones, so you may not need to wash it every day. Even so, there is not any problem in using the natural shampoo daily if you feel that you need it.
