W przypadku dokonania przez firmę ZeniMax znaczących zmian w zakresie Usług, firma zobowiązuje się powiadomić Użytkownika o tym fakcie w czasie określonym podczas dołączania przez Użytkownika do grona użytkowników danej Usługi; jeśli nie określono czasu na przekazanie stosownego powiadomienia dotyczącego istotnych zmian, obowiązuje termin trzydziestu (30) dni od dnia wprowadzenia zmian, w którym to terminie firma ZeniMax wyśle Użytkownikowi powiadomienie (według własnego uznania) za pośrednictwem poczty e-mail lub w ramach odpowiedniego produktu lub Usługi oferowanej przez firmę ZeniMax lub za pośrednictwem sekcji „Moje konto”.

For some Services, ZeniMax may offer You early access to a Game and/or a trial subscription or membership. Such Services may require You to sign up for an Account and/or a subscription or membership under the terms described above. If You accept a free trial subscription or membership for a Game that requires a subscription, and the trial period expires, You will not be able receive the benefits of the subscription (e.g., to resume Game play or any paid Services usage) or membership without updating Your information and/or purchasing the paid subscription or membership Services. ZeniMax is under no obligation to notify You in advance of the free trial subscription or membership expiring and You will be responsible for all charges incurred. Trial subscriptions and memberships are not transferable.

ZeniMax peut résilier Votre accès et/ou utilisation des Services (i) pour un manquement aux présentes Conditions d'Utilisation ; (ii) si elle considère, à sa seule discrétion, que Vos informations sont fausses, inexactes ou incomplètes ; (iii) si Votre utilisation de ces Services porte atteinte ou est susceptible de porter atteinte à des droits de tiers ou à des droits de propriété intellectuelle ; (iv) si Vous ou Votre Compte reflète du Contenu inapproprié et/ou porte atteinte aux présentes Conditions d'Utilisation. Tout le Contenu (y compris, sans toutefois s’y limiter, Logiciel, Contenu et Contenu Téléchargeable) seront perdus immédiatement en cas d'annulation, de fermeture ou de suppression de Votre Compte par ZeniMax.

Für einige Dienstleistungen kann ZeniMax Ihnen frühzeitigen Zugriff auf ein Spiel und/oder ein(e) Probeabonnement oder -mitgliedschaft anbieten. Diese Dienstleistungen können es erforderlich machen, dass Sie sich gemäß der oben dargelegten Bedingungen für ein Konto und/oder ein Abonnement oder eine Mitgliedschaft anmelden. Wenn Sie ein(e) kostenlose(s) Probeabonnement oder -mitgliedschaft für ein Spiel annehmen, das ein Abonnement erfordert, und die Probezeit abläuft, können Sie keine mit dem Abonnement (z.B. Fortsetzung des Spiels oder der Nutzung kostenpflichtiger Dienstleistungen) oder der Mitgliedschaft verbundenen Vorteile erhalten, wenn Sie nicht Ihre Informationen aktualisieren und/oder dem Erwerb der kostenpflichtigen Abonnement- oder Mitgliedschaftsdienstleistungen fortsetzen. ZeniMax ist nicht verpflichtet, Sie im Voraus vom Ablauf des/r kostenlosen Probeabonnements oder -mitgliedschaft zu informieren, und Sie tragen die Verantwortung für alle anfallenden Gebühren. Probeabonnements und -mitgliedschaften sind nicht übertragbar.

Ud. acepta que, en dichas circunstancias, ZeniMax no está obligada a notificárselo antes de llevar a cabo una acción que restrinja, suspenda o cierre Su acceso a los Servicios o el uso de los mismos y/o Su Cuenta. Si ZeniMax cierra Su Cuenta, Ud. no podrá volver a utilizar ninguno de los Servicios sin que medie permiso escrito por parte de ZeniMax. ZeniMax se reserva el derecho a negarse a mantener Cuentas y proporcionar Servicios a particulares. Ud. no deberá permitir que utilicen Su Cuenta personas cuyas Cuentas hayan sido canceladas por ZeniMax.

ZeniMax ha facoltà di chiudere l'accesso e/o l'uso dell'Utente dei Servizi (i) per violazione delle presenti Condizioni del servizio, (ii) qualora ZeniMax, a propria esclusiva discrezione, ritenga che le informazioni dell'Utente non sono rispondenti a verità, accurate e complete; (iii) se l'utilizzo di detti Servizi da parte dell'Utente violi o presumibilmente violi i diritti o la proprietà intellettuale di altri; (iv) qualora l'Utente o il proprio Account mostri Contenuti inappropriati e/o violi le presenti Condizioni del servizio. Ogni e qualsiasi Contenuto (ivi inclusi, a mero titolo esemplificativo e non esaustivo, Software, Contenuto e Contenuto Scaricabile) sarà considerato immediatamente ceduto in caso di cancellazione, chiusura o blocco dell'Account dell'Utente da parte di ZeniMax.
