Na intensieve testprocedures in samenwerking met een technische hogeschool kon Can't see the wood from the trees uitgevoerd worden, op het randje van de technische mogelijkheden en binnen het oorspronkelijke budget.

Luckily, Moker came to a viable alternative, in close collaboration with Deacon. After some experimentation, they found that bronze prefab 3-meter tubes could be welded together and distorted into 'organic' forms. The welding of bronze is a speciality in itself, and in this case especially so because the tubes were also going to support the construction. After extensive testing procedures, in cooperation with a polytechnic, Can't see the wood from the trees was executed, exploring the limits of the technically possible and within the original budget.

Moker et Deacon se sont néanmoins mis d'accord pour trouver une solution où les tubes de bronze de trois mètres seraient joints en une forme "organique". Souder le bronze est une spécialité en soi. Le bronze ayant ici une fonction constructive, il fallait satisfaire à des exigences extrêmes. Après des tests de procédure intensifs, en collaboration avec une haute école technique, le projet "Can't see the wood from the trees" a pu être réalisé à la pointe des possibilités techniques et dans les limites du budget de départ.
