JNA Vinduer & Døre was founded in 1990 for the production and sale of windows in Denmark. In 2006 the group was expanded with SPAR Vinduer which was established as a cheaper alternative for Danish Internet customers. This concept has since been launched in Norway. The two companies had a total revenue of approximately 155 mDKK in 2013.

JNA Vinduer & Døre was founded in 1990 for the production and sale of windows in Denmark. In 2006 the group was expanded with SPAR Vinduer which was established as a cheaper alternative for Danish Internet customers.
The buyer, Inwido Denmark, is one of Denmark’s leading window groups, and is part of Swedish owned Inwido AB, who are Europe’s leading provider of window and door solutions, with more than 20 brands, 3.100 employees in 8 countries and a revenue of 4,6 billion SEK in 2013. Inwido AB is owned by the listed private equity group Ratos, who today holds 18 investments with a total revenue of +30 billion SEK.
