Requirement to use the platform correctly: The User agrees to use the platform in an adequate manner and not to use it for illicit activities or activities that go against good faith and legal compliance (in a merely orientative, and not exhaustive manner); to not cause harm to the physical and logical systems of the service provider, of their providers or third parties, to not introduce computer viruses or malware into the IT system or any other physical or logical systems that could be susceptible to causing the above-mentioned damage, without disregarding all those that could violate or harm the honour, privacy or the public image of people, intellectual property rights and all others belonging to a third party as a consequence of the transmission, dissemination, storing, making available, receiving, obtaining or accessing the content or image of third parties; engaging in unfair competition and illicit publicity as a consequence of the transmission, dissemination, storing, making available, receiving, obtaining or accessing the content; the lack of veracity, accuracy, completeness, pertinence and/or currency of the content, leaving the User, in all cases, independent from Goteo in the face of any reclamation, be it judicial or extra-judicial.
