Au cours des 25 dernières années, il a acquis une vaste expérience des lois, du maintien de l’ordre et de l’administration de la justice en Colombie-Britannique, au Québec et en Ontario, dans le cadre de son travail à Sécurité publique Canada, à Justice Canada, à la Gendarmerie royale du Canada (GRC), au Service canadien du renseignement de sécurité (SCRS), au Centre des armes à feu Canada et au ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN).

He has studied law at the Université de Sherbrooke in Québec and criminology at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia and is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia and the Canadian Bar Association. Over the last 25 years, he has gained extensive experience in law, policing and the administration of justice in British Columbia, Qubec and Ontario, through his work with Public Safety Canada, Justice Canada, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS), the Canada Firearms Centre and the Department of National Defence (DND).
