Juste, le stylet est complètement cylindrique, les boutons ne ressortent pas, ce qui fait que pour les retrouver sous l’index on est obligé de faire attention et regarder à chaque fois qu’on le reprend en main — et il roule si on le pose sur le bureau. Et les drivers sont buggés, et la tablette rame, et je suis bien content de l’avoir eue au rabais.

It’s too bad, because the hardware is rather good: the removable clear plastic overlay is less pleasant to the touch than the old tablet’s soft plastic, but it’ll be much easier to replace when it’s scratched; the tablet itself is smaller, pretty, and doesn’t need external power. The only problem being that the stylus is a perfect cylinder, barrel buttons don’t stick out, so you have to look at your hand every time you need them under your fingers — and it rolls if you put it down on your desk. Ca m’énerve, quand même. C’est typiquement le genre d’idée que je devrais avoir eue. J’ai déjà un script de cartes virtuelles en stock (celui de gayattitude (w)), et ça fait un moment que je pense à l’adapter à garoo.net pour utiliser mes photos.

That’s frustrating. It’s typically the kind of idea I should have had. I already wrote a virtual card script (as seen on gayattitude (w)), and I’ve been thinking for a while of adapting it to garoo.net, in order to use my pictures. And I’ve also been thinking of creating a funny shirts shop on cafepress. But I never did consider combining both ideas, and making alternative cards for holidays. I’d note-to-self that I should make some for the next holidays, but I know I won’t remember. Besides, you can make funny stuff about Christmas or Valentine’s Day, but there’s not much to be made of Easter cards or whatever.
