Anzumerken ist, dass auch in den über eine Auktion vergebenen IMT-2000/UMTS-Kon-zessionen weitgehende raumplanerische, umwelt- und konsumentenschützerische Verpflich-tungen sowie Auflagen bezüglich Versorgungspflicht und National Roaming ent-halten sein werden.

It is to be noted here that, even in the case of IMT-2000/UMTS licences awarded by means of an auction, extensive planning, environmental and consumer-protection obligations, as well as conditions relating to coverage obligations and national roaming, must be included. In particular, strict location co-ordination and co-use obligations are prescribed.

Il faut préciser que les concessions IMT-2000/UMTS, même octroyées par le biais d'une mise aux enchères, contiendront des exigences relatives à l'aménagement du territoire, à la protection de l'environnement et des consommateurs ainsi qu'à l'obligation de desservir et à l'itinérance nationale. Des obligations particulièrement strictes seront également imposées en matière de coordination et d'utilisation commune des emplacements.

Occorre osservare che, anche nelle concessioni IMT-2000/UMTS attribuite mediante un'asta, saranno fisati obblighi riguardanti la pianificazione del territorio, la protezione dell'ambiente e dei consumatori come pure condizioni relative all'obbligo di copertura e al roaming nazionale. Esse prevedono in particolare, obblighi severi in materia di coordinamento e di coutenza delle ubicazioni.
