Insbesondere die Brücke verbindet die Insel Krk mit dem Festland. In Krk angekommen steht eine Fahrt mit der Fähre Valbiska - Merag (Insel Krk - Insel Cres, Fähre alle 20 Minuten) und dann weiter über die Insel Cres, bis an die zweite Brücke in Osor um dann endlich auf die Insel Losinj überzusetzen. Es gibt auch eine Fährverbindung von Brestova (Istrien) nach Porozine auf der Insel Cres. Ebenso kommt aus Rijeka und Zadar ein Katamaran nach Mali Losinj. Die Insel Losinj ist von zahlreichen kleineren Inseln umgeben: Susak, Ilovik, Unije. Gäste können diese auf regulären Strecken mit Ausflugsbooten besuchen. Die Insel besitzt ein schöne Natur.
