Dự án trị giá 170.000 Euro thực hiện trong 5 năm 2004-2009 đã đem lại nhiều kết quả tích cực tại 3 huyện thuộc khu vực Dự án là Ke Sach, Vinh Chau và Cu Lao Dung. Trong số các họat động phong phú của Dự án có một mạng lưới gồm 240 tình nguyện viên tại các huyện thuộc khu vực Dự án đã rất tích cực trong việc cung ứng các dịch vụ thông tin và tư vấn cho những nhóm đối tượng.

The €170 000 project in 2004-2009 has brought about positive results of implementation in 3 districts of Ke Sach, Vinh Chau and Cu Lao Dung. Among various activities, a network of 240 volunteers in the project districts has been very active in providing communication and consultancy services to the target groups. 127 women at risks and returned victims have accessed a micro credit loan to find a new job.

Jussi Makkonen và Rait Karm đã cùng nhau xuất hiện với chương trình nhạc Sibelius ở nhiều thành phố lớn trên cả Bờ Đông lẫn Bờ Tây nước Mỹ, cũng như tại Hy Lạp, Đan Mạch, Estonia và Rumani, các buổi trình diễn luôn luôn hết vé. Mùa Xuân năm 2008, họ đã được vinh dự trình diễn một chương trình nhạc Sibelius cho Tổng thống Cộng hoà Phần Lan Tarja Halonen và các quí khách trong Dinh Tổng thống.

The artists, diploma cellist Jussi Makkonen and diploma pianist Rait Karm have recorded the Sibelius programme for the international record label Naxos. The album was released in April 2008 and has provoked great interest in many countries. Jussi Makkonen and Rait Karm have appeared with the Sibelius programme in various metropolises both on the West and East coasts of the United States where their concerts have invariably been sold out, as well as performed in Greece, Denmark, Estonia and Romania. In spring 2008 they were granted the honour to perform the programme of Sibelius’s music for the President of the Republic of Finland Tarja Halonen and her society in the presidential residence. Finally, the Sibelius album has also received great acclaim from the critic of Helsingin Sanomat, the leading Finnish newspaper.
