Quan la iniciativa corresponga als centres, només podran fer-ho a través dels seus degans, directors, vicedegans o sotsdirectors amb competències en relacions internacionals. Correspon al vicerectorat donar el vistiplau a les propostes dels centres, tramitar-los i signar-los.

The signing of an agreement may be proposed both by the Vice President responsible for international relations by the centres. When the initiative corresponds to the centres, they may only do so through their Deans, directors, vicedecanos/as or Assistant Directors as with competence in international relations. La firma de un Acuerdo podrá ser propuesta tanto por el Vicerrectorado con competencias en Relaciones Internacionales como por los Centros. Cuando la iniciativa corresponda a los Centros, sólo podrán hacerlo a través de sus decanos/as, directores/as, vicedecanos/as o subdirectores/as con competencias en Relaciones Internacionales. Corresponde al Vicerrectorado, dar el visto bueno a las propuestas de los Centros, tramitarlos y firmarlos. Cuando la propuesta surja del Vicerrectorado, informará a los Centros.
