L'objectif général de cette convention collective, caractère national, consiste à réglementer les conditions de travail des travailleurs et des entreprises dans le secteur forestier. Ainsi, l'accord servira de règlement cadre de conditions de travail dans les régions, provinces et entreprises où il n'y a pas de convention collective.

Signing agents of this agreement have been the National Association of forestry enterprises (ASEMFO), the Restorative landscapes and environment industry association (ASERPYMA) and Spanish Federation of associations of forest enterprises and the Natural Environment (EFSF), as representatives of the business sector; and Agri-Food Federation Comisiones Obreras (FEAGRA CCOO), which has majority of the Negotiating Committee on behalf of workers in the sector. The overall objective of this collective bargaining agreement, national character, is to regulate the working conditions of the workers and enterprises in the forestry sector. Thus, the agreement will act as umbrella regulation of working conditions in the regions, provinces and companies where there is no collective agreement. However, the parties are committed to this agreement is a first step for the Constitution of the State collective agreement.

Agenti di firma del presente accordo sono stati il Associazione nazionale delle imprese forestali (ASEMFO), il Ristoratore paesaggi e ambiente industry association (ASERPYMA) e Federazione spagnola delle associazioni di aziende forestali e dell'ambiente naturale (EFSF), come rappresentanti del settore imprenditoriale; e Agri-Food Federation Comisiones Obreras (FEAGRA CCOO), che ha la maggioranza del Comitato di negoziazione per conto dei lavoratori nel settore. L'obiettivo generale del presente accordo di contrattazione collettiva, carattere nazionale, è volta a disciplinare le condizioni di lavoro dei lavoratori e le imprese nel settore forestale.
