Le nouveau bâtiment, également, héberge une cafétéria au RDC qui servira l’ensemble du complexe et des bureaux paysagés au premier étage, avec ses salles de réunions correspondantes, ouvertes aux champs des environs.

Abertis has a subsidiary, SANEF, which, from its centre in Senlis, situated in the north of Paris, builds and controls the highways in the northern half of France. The project proposes to renovate an old building, located near the airport of Roissy (CHDG) next to a toll and build a new one, as a bar that contains the new offices, the radio and the control centre. The new building houses also a cafeteria that will serve the entire complex and a landscape office first floor, with corresponding offices and boardrooms, open to the surrounding fields. It is also envisaged the construction of an auditorium that can work, autonomously, as a standard equipment locally. The new building is finished in glass and corrugated metal sheet (similar to the current one) not to break entirely with the rest of the set, although its design has little to do with the pre-existence. The building generates porches and steps to organize shadows cover. The new and the old building are linked by a bridge that serves in its dual level. The project is suited to measures of sustainability and energy efficiency, according to French regulations.

Abertis té una filial, la SANEF, que, des de la seva seu a Senlis, al nord de París, construeix i controla les autopistes de la meitat nord de França. El projecte proposa reordenar un antic edifici, situat al costat d’un peatge, prop de l’aeroport de Roissy (ChdG) i construir un nou edifici, a manera de barra, que contingui les noves oficines, la ràdio i els seus serveis annexos. El nou edifici alberga, també, una cafeteria en P. Baixa que donarà servei a tot el complex i una planta d’oficines paisatge, amb els seus corresponents despatxos i sales de juntes, oberta, als camps circumdants. També es preveu la construcció d’una sala d’actes que pugui funcionar, de manera autònoma, com a equipament de la localitat. El nou edifici s’acaba en vidre i planxa metàl·lica ondulada (similar a l’actual) per no trencar del tot amb la resta del conjunt, si bé el seu disseny poc té a veure amb la preexistència. L’edifici genera porxos per generar ombres i passos a cobert. El nou i el vell edifici s’articulen mitjançant un pont que serveix de pas, a doble alçada. El projecte s’adequa a les mesures de sostenibilitat i eficiència energètica, segons la reglamentació francesa.
