O no-show mówimy wówczas, gdy klient nie stawia się do podróży, gdyż nie ma ochoty wziąć w niej udziału, lub niedopilnuje odjazdu z powodu własnej bezmyślności, lub zaistnienia wypadku losowego. Jeżeli okaże się, że klient nie chce skorzystać także z pozostałych usług danej podróży, to musi zapłacić przy podróżach zgodnie z punktem c1.) (specjalne kursy itd.) 85% kosztów podróży, a przy podróżach zgodnie z punktem c2.) (specjalne kursy itd.) 45% kosztów podróży, ale w każdym przypadku przynajmniej cenę zamówionego(-ych) przez siebie biletu(-ów).

No-show means that the customer fails to participate in the tour because he or she does not feel like participating, or due to his or her own negligence, or due to an unforeseen event. If it turns out that the customer does not wish to use any subsequent services of the tour either, then 85% of the travel price shall be paid in case of tours under the above paragraph c1) (charter flights, etc.) and 45% in case of tours under paragraph c2) (individual tours, etc.) but in all cases at least the price of the ticket(s) ordered by him or her.

No-show:sta puhutaan silloin, kun asiakas ei ilmesty matkan aikana, koska häntä ei huvita ottaa osaa siinä tai hän on myöhästynyt lähdöstä omasta huolimattomuudestaan tai sattumanvaraisen tapauhtuman vuoksi. Jos ilmenee, ettei asiakas halua käyttää matkan jäljellejäävää aikaakaan, c1.) kohdan mukaisten matkojen (erilliset koneet, jne) on maksettava matkan hinnan 85%, c2) kohdan mukaisten matkojen tapauksessa (yksilölliset matkat, jne.) on maksettava matkan hinnan 45%, mutta joka tapauksessa asiakkaan tilaaman lipun (lippujen) hinnan.

No-show-ról akkor beszélünk, ha az ügyfél nem jelenik meg az utazáson, mert nincs kedve részt venni vagy az indulást saját gondatlansága vagy egy véletlen esemény bekövetkezte miatt elmulasztja. Amennyiben kiderül, hogy az ügyfél az utazás hátralévő szolgáltatásait sem kívánja igénybe venni, a lit. c1.) pont szerinti utaknál (különgépek, stb.) az utazási ár 85%-át, a lit. c2) pont szerinti utaknál (egyéni utak, stb.) az utazási ár 45%-át kell fizetnie, de minden esetben legalább az általa megrendelt jegy(ek) árát.
