Le programme SKILL SHORTAGE @LIS vise à venir en aide aux décideurs, aux responsables de la mise en œuvre ainsi qu’aux concepteurs de programmes par le biais d’une interaction mutuelle à l’échelle internationale en matière d’innovation pédagogique, afin d’améliorer et d’évaluer les "stratégies d’apprentissage en réseau” en relation avec l’implémentation d’une approche multidisciplinaire, reliant et coordonnant les sciences fondamentales et l’économie, la recherche en psychologie de l’Université, les Collèges et les PME.

The SKILL SHORTAGE @LIS program aims, by means an transnational mutual interaction on education innovation, to assist educational decision makers, implementers and program designers for improving and evaluating "net.learning e. strategies" in relation to implement multidisciplinary approach integration, connecting and co-ordinating fundamental science and economy and psychological research of University, and Colleges with SME's localized districts, and also aiming to get access to all citizen to a rapid flow of integrated knowledge both in a innovative vocational and in a lifelong educational approach.

Das Programm SKILL SHORTAGE @LIS bezweckt, den Entscheidungsträgern, Ausführenden und Programmgestaltern des Bildungsbereiches anhand einer transnationalen, wechselseitigen Interaktion zum Thema Bildungsinnovation beizustehen. So sollen die „net.learning e. strategies“ in bezug auf eine multidisziplinäre Ansatzintegration umgesetzt, grundlegende wissenschaftliche, wirtschaftliche und psychologische Forschungsprojekte an Universitäten und Hochschulen mit SME-lokalisierten Distrikten verbunden und koordiniert und den Einwohnern der Zugang zu einem ständigen Wissensfluss gewährt werden, sowohl im innovativen beruflichen Bereich als auch im Rahmen der lebenslangen Bildung.
