In vederea realizarii acestui scop, Societatea pentru Justitie utilizeaza expertiza juridica a membrilor sai pentru a realiza rapoarte de monitorizare, studii, propuneri legislative, prin care se urmareste atat imbunatatirea calitatii actului de justitie, cat si realizarea actului de justitie in interesul public. De asemenea, SoJust isi propune sa faciliteze dezbaterea publica si sa promoveze o atitudine civica activa fata de sistemul juridic din Romania.

The Society for Justice (SoJust) is a Romanian non-governmental organization which aims at contributing to an extensive and authentic reform of not only the magistracy, but also of the other judicial professions and of the judicial education system. To this purpose, the Society for Justice uses the expertise of its members in order to elaborate monitoring reports, studies and draft law proposals, which aim at both the improvement of the justice acts and the realization of justice act in the public interest. Also, SoJust wishes to facilitate the public debate on legal topics and to promote an active civic attitude with regard to the Romanian judiciary.

Die "Society for Justice" (SoJust) ist eine Vereinigung rumänischer Rechtspraktiker, die sich 2005 zusammengeschlossen haben, um insbesondere die Unabhängigkeit der Justiz sowie die Professionalität und Integrität bei der Ausübung von Rechtsberufen in Rumänien zu verbessern. SoJust ist eine rumänische Nichtregierungsorganisation, deren Hauptziel darin besteht, zu einer umfassenden und authentischen Reform des Magistratsberufes zum einen und der anderen Rechtsberufe sowie der rechtlichen Ausbildung zum anderen beizutragen. Zu diesem Zweck beruft sich SoJust auf die Expertise seiner Mitglieder, um Berichte, Studien und Gesetzesentwürfe zu erstellen, die sowohl die Verbesserung des Justizwesens als auch dessen Umsetzung im öffentlichen Interesse anstreben. Darüber hinaus will SoJust die öffentliche Debatte zu rechtlichen Themen erleichtern und ein aktives bürgerschaftliches Engagement im Hinblick auf die rumänische Gerichtsbarkeit fördern. Die Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung arbeitet seit 2006 mit SoJust zusammen.
