• In the second phase, a national VIP jury in each of the 25 EU member states will select one winner and one runner-up from their country. The national jury will be composed of one representative of the Ministry of Development Affairs (or a corresponding national agency), one representative of the Ministry of Education (or a corresponding national agency), and one person from the visual art community.

• In der zweiten Phase wird eine nationale VIP Jury in allen 25 EU-Mitgliedsstaaten einen Sieger und einen Zweitplatzierten des Landes ermitteln. Die nationale Jury besteht aus einem Vertreter des Ministeriums für Entwicklungsangelegenheiten (oder einer entsprechenden Nationalagentur), einem Vertreter des Unterrichtsministeriums (oder einer entsprechenden Nationalagentur) und einer Person aus der Kunstszene.

• Durante la seconda fase in ognuno dei 25 Stati Membri avrà una giuria composta da VIP nazionali che selezionerà un vincitore e un secondo classificato per ogni paese. La giuria nazionale sarà composta da un rappresentante del Ministero degli Affari per lo Sviluppo (o dell'Agenzia nazionale corrispondente), da un rappresentante del Ministero dell'Istruzione (o dell'Agenzia nazionale corrispondente), e da una personalità del panorama dell'arte visiva.
