With the goal of involving all parties participating in the construction of a building, HQE certification there are 14 objectives that define a building's environmental quality. These objectives are divided into 4 families: eco-construction, eco-management, comfort, and health.

Damit alle Akteure, die an der Errichtung des Gebäudes beteiligt sind, ihre Arbeit entsprechend der Zertifizierung ausführen, legt die HQE-Zertifizierung 14 Zielsetzungen fest, die die Umweltqualität eines Gebäudes definieren.
