8. Dans l'exercice de ses responsabilités, le personnel de l'EAO est autorisé à avoir un accès total, libre et sans restriction aux fonctions, aux activités, aux opérations, aux dossiers, à la propriété et au personnel du Secrétariat au siège ainsi qu'à d'autres endroits qu'il estimerait nécessaires pour lui permettre d'accomplir efficacement son travail.

8. In meeting their responsibilities, EAO staff are authorised to have full, free and unrestricted access to all functions, activities, operations, records, property and personnel of the Secretariat at Headquarters and at other locations that may be deemed necessary for the effective performance of their work.
