(c) The involuntary termination or dissolution of a CSO must meet the standards of international law; the relevant government authority should be guided by objective standards and restricted from arbitrary decision making.

(ج) يجب أن يستوفي قرار الحل أو الإنهاء الإجباري لأنشطة إحدى منظمات المجتمع المدني معايير القانون الدولي؛ وينبغي أن تتقيد السلطة الحكومية المعنية بمعايير موضوعية وتمتنع عن اتخاذ قرارات اعتباطية.

(c) Принудительное прекращение деятельности или роспуск организации гражданского общества должны отвечать стандартам международного права; соответствующие правительственные органы должны руководствоваться объективными стандартами без права на принятие произвольных решений.
