I attended the meetings in Yorkton, Rosetown, Humboldt, Melfort, Saskatoon, and Regina on this very topic, and there was certainly no support for this kind of a program. The only difference in it then was that they were proposing that there be a fund developed that would cover it, rather than ADC handling the insurance.

J'ai participé à des réunions à Yorkton, à Rosetown, à Humboldt, à Melfort, à Saskatoon et à Regina sur ce sujet et j'ai pu personnellement constater que les gens n'appuient pas ce genre de programme. La seule différence, c'est que les agriculteurs ont proposé d'instaurer un fonds plutôt que de laisser à la SEE le soin d'administrer le régime d'assurance.
