Designers’ Saturday (D’S) is being held where design (also) emerged: in and around Langenthal, at the Création Baumann, Girsberger, Glas Trösch, Hector Egger Holzbau and Ruckstuhl production sites. In short: it is not a conventional product show, but rather a large family gathering of players. D’S provides a platform for the traditional skills of Swiss manufacturers and their designers. They will be exhibiting their innovations in atmospherically designed production halls; nothing has been left to chance. More than 70 selected exhibitors will be spread across the six places mentioned, including these four:

Le Designers’ Saturday se déroule là où naît (aussi) le design: à Langenthal et dans ses alentours, sur les sites de production de Création Baumann, Girsberger, Glas Trösch, Hector Egger Holzbau et Ruckstuhl. Bref, il ne s’agit pas d’une exposition de produits classique, mais d’une rencontre «en famille» des différents acteurs. Le DS’ se veut une vitrine du savoir-faire traditionnel des fabricants suisses et de leurs designers. Les nouveautés sont exposées dans des halles de production joliment mises en scène; on voit que tout a été conçu de longue date. Sur les six adresses citées plus haut se répartissent un peu plus de 70 exposants sélectionnés, dont les quatre suivants:

La manifestazione Designers’ Saturday DS’ si svolge proprio dove nasce (anche) il design: a Langenthal e nel suo circondario, nelle unità produttive di Création Baumann, Girsberger, Glas Trösch, Hector Egger Holzbau e Ruckstuhl. Insomma: non si tratta di una mostra di prodotti dallo stile convenzionale, ma di una grande riunione di famiglia di tutti i protagonisti. DS’ è il palcoscenico per dare sfoggio delle abilità tradizionali dei produttori svizzeri e dei loro designer. Le novità sono esposte direttamente nei siti di produzione, in uno scenario magistralmente concepito e ricco d’atmosfera; niente, dunque, è lasciato al caso. Sono più di 70 gli espositori selezionati per esibire le loro opere nelle sei unità menzionate sopra, tra cui i quattro seguenti:
