Così papa Francesco, devotissimo a Maria che scioglie i nodi, ha certamente pensato alla sua intercessione nella perorazione dell’intervento divino.

Il semble qu’il n’y ait plus de force humaine, étant donné les échecs diplomatiques et l’impuissance paradoxale de l’action militaire, qui a été capable de réprimer la lutte acharnée pour la paix. Er forderte auch von neuem dazu auf, den ganzen Monat über den Heiligen Rosenkranz in diesem Anliegen zu beten. Der Papst rief dann ein spezielles Gebetstreffen aller Christen des Westens und des Ostens ein, zu dem er die Patriarchen der katholischen und orthodoxen Kirchen aller Riten nach Bari einlud.
