Tras la inauguración por parte de Teresa Laespada ha tenido lugar la celebración de una mesa redonda que ha contado con la intervención de Nadia Maestro de redALDE, Red de Activación Socio-Laboral De y Para Emprendedoras, Ainara Castellanos, Doctora en Biología e investigadora de Ikerbasque, Lorea Argarate, emprendedora en la cooperativa TZBZ e integrante y dj de Las Tea Party e Isabel Liébana, cofundadora de Tellmewow. El debate, celebrado en el propio bar del edificio, Dock, ha tenido un tono cercano y muy próximo a la audiencia que ha podido intervenir libremente en un diálogo lleno de riqueza y apertura. Las invitadas han puesto de manifiesto con sus testimonios la grandeza que reside en buscar líderes y referencias femeninas cercanas más que históricas o inalcanzables. La cuatro han coincidido en la importancia de prestar atención a los micromachismos invisibles y a la importancia que tiene evidenciarlos.
