The union organisations also ask the CFA to call on the Turkish government to seek the immediate reinstatement of the remaining dismissed workers, with full back pay and adequate compensation. The workers were sacked for democratically and peacefully protesting against the government’s attempts to ban strikes in the civil aviation industry.

Ces travailleurs ont été licenciés pour avoir manifesté de manière démocratique et pacifique contre les tentatives du gouvernement d’interdire les grèves dans l’aviation civile.

Der Ausschuss möge die türkische Regierung zudem darum ersuchen, die sofortige Wiedereinstellung der noch entlassenen Beschäftigten bei voller Lohnnachzahlung und angemessener Entschädigung zu veranlassen. Grund für die Entlassungen war die Teilnahme der Beschäftigten an demokratischen und friedlichen Protesten gegen Versuche der Regierung, Streiks im Luftverkehrssektor zu verbieten.

Las organizaciones sindicales también piden al Comité de Libertad Sindical que haga un llamamiento al gobierno turco para que lleve a cabo la inmediata readmisión de los restantes trabajadores y trabajadoras despedidos, y se les abonen todos los pagos retroactivos así como una indemnización adecuada. Los/as trabajadores/as fueron despedidos/as por protestar democrática y pacíficamente contra los intentos del gobierno de prohibir la huelga en la industria de la aviación civil.

The ITF and Hava-Is argue that Turkey’s new Law of Trade Unions and Collective Labour Agreements (LTUCLA) is inadequate. Given the seriousness of the carrier’s trade union rights violations, they urge the ILO’s Committee of Freedom of Association (CFA) to find Turkey to be in breach of its ILO convention obligations and to call on it to amend the LTUCLA so that the law fully conforms with freedom of association principles.

Кроме того, они призывают CFA потребовать от правительства Турции немедленного восстановления всех остальных уволенных работников, полной оплаты за весь прошлый период и соответствующей компенсации.
