To accommodate the expansion and contraction in floors following physical stress or seasonal temperature excursions, Profilpas created a special range of movement joints. Profilpas movement joints are special, primarily, for the type of material used: from stainless steel to aluminium, brass and coextruded PVC. They can also be supplied with an added an elastic vinyl resin or vulcanised EPDM insert. Depending on the shape and composition, Profilpas expansion joints can have shock-proof properties, absorb contraction and expansion, support pedestrian or light and heavy vehicle traffic (fork lift trucks, pallet trucks and cars).

Pour accompagner les dilatations et les compressions que les sols subissent en raison des contraintes physiques ou des phénomènes d’écarts thermiques selon les saisons, Profilpas a donné vie à une ligne spéciale de joints de dilatation. Les joints de dilatation Profilpas se différencient tout d’abord par le type de matériau utilisé : de l’acier à l’aluminium, du laiton au PVC coextrudé. En outre, ils peuvent être intégrés avec un insert en résine vinylique élastique ou en EPDM vulcanisé. En fonction de la forme et de la composition, les joints de dilatation de Profilpas peuvent avoir des propriétés antichocs, absorber les sollicitations de compression et de dilatation, supporter le passage léger ou intensif de piétons et de véhicules (chariots élévateurs, transpalettes et voitures)

Um Ausdehnungen und Kompressionen nachzugeben, denen die Bodenbeläge durch physische Beanspruchungen oder jahreszeitliche Temperaturschwankungen ausgesetzt sind, hat Profilpas eine spezielle Linie an Dehnfugen auf den Markt gebracht. Die Dehnfugen von Profilpas unterscheiden sich vor allem durch den verwendeten Werkstofftyp: von Stahl bis Aluminium, von Messing bis co-extrudiertem PVC. Außerdem können sie durch einen elastischen Einsatz aus Vinylharz oder vulkanisiertem EPDM ergänzt werden. Abhängig von Form und Zusammensetzung können die Dehnfugen von Profilpas stoßfeste Eigenschaften aufweisen, Beanspruchungen durch Kompression und Ausdehnung aufnehmen und leichtem oder schwerem Fußgänger- oder Fahrzeugverkehr standhalten.

Per assecondare le dilatazioni e le compressioni che i pavimenti subiscono in seguito a stress fisici o fenomeni di escursioni termiche stagionali, Profilpas ha dato vita a una linea speciale di giunti di dilatazione. I giunti di dilatazione firmati Profilpas si differenziano, innanzitutto, per la tipologia di materiale utilizzato: dall’acciaio all’alluminio, dall’ottone al PVC coestruso. Possono essere, inoltre, integrati da un inserto in resina vinilica elastica o in EPDM vulcanizzato. A seconda della forma e della composizione, i giunti di dilatazione di Profilpas possono avere proprietà antiurto, assorbire sollecitazioni di compressione e dilatazione, sopportare traffico pedonale o veicolare leggero o pesante (carrelli elevatori, transpallet e autovetture).
