Après, je me souviendrais toujours du premier déj’ que j’ai fais chez Septime avec mon pote Yué où on a mangé une poitrine de cochon qui était exceptionnelle. De là est née une amitié avec ce chef, on a fait notamment une couverture de magazine avec Yué et Bertrand Grébaut.
