Beschreibung: The existing seafront house with a garden in the center of Malinska, on the island of Krk, on the promenade by the waterfront, in immediate vicinity of Marina Malinska. The property was built in 1971., and require a general reconstruction, or demolition and construction of a new villa, for which proposal has already been made ('Villa Nea') by the award-winning designer Šime Babin and architect Saša Putnija of renown 3D studio Ltd. In front of the villa there is a possibility to anchor your own boat. The property offers uninterrupted sea views, as well as views of the nearby marina.
